Carabin

The carbine model was crafted using a combination of photogrammetry and 3D scanning technologies. The intricate geometry was captured by a high-resolution handheld 3D scanner, preserving the finest details. To scan specific elements of the object, a masking spray was applied to eliminate reflections from the material, which could interfere with the scanning process. For texture creation, over 300 photos were employed. These images underwent processing in Reality Capture and were seamlessly integrated into the texturing process alongside the scanned data. To present an impressive demonstration and visually emphasize the materials on the object, I employed a breakdown based on PBR materials. Additionally, part of the materials had to be generated due to the complexity of achieving a consistent texture on certain areas of the object.
