Well

This refined old well can be found in the Walferdange area of the city of Luxembourg. It is no longer functional but serves as a decorative part of the courtyard and city street.
I scanned this object using a handheld 3D scanner. Utilizing texture information from processed data and photos I took as references, I used Substance Painter and Photoshop to create a texture close to the original. During the crafting of PBR materials, I added specific features for each material in the scene, such as stone, rope materials, and different types of metal. This method significantly improved the realism of the scene.
